Specification requests and founding suppliers

Two audiences use this page. Jump to yours:

Build a specification

Leave your requirements and fleet details, and we will reply with matched-supplier options cut for your models. The more context you give (quantity, environment, priorities), the more precise the match.

Anything else for the same fleet? (optional)

We are evaluating which accessories to offer alongside protection; checking these helps us decide. No obligation.

Free for buyers. Your request is shared only with selected suppliers after you confirm.

FOUNDING PARTNER PROGRAM

Qualified buyer requests, matched to what you actually cut

ScreenProtector.org publishes sourced specifications for commercial device fleets: POS terminals, rugged handhelds, field tablets, kiosks, and industrial displays. When a buyer requests protection, we route a specification-complete request (device, quantity, environment, priority) to suppliers whose capabilities match. No cold leads, no scraped contact lists: you see what the buyer asked for before you accept anything.

How matching works

  1. A buyer submits a specification request with device, quantity, environment, and priority.
  2. We validate the request for completeness and route it to suppliers matching the device class and requirements.
  3. You accept the RFQ in writing, or pass. Acceptance is always your choice.
  4. We introduce the buyer directly. You quote and close the work yourself.

The accepted RFQ is the only billable state. Requests you decline cost nothing.

Founding-cohort terms, subject to a signed agreement. We are onboarding a small founding cohort now; founding partners keep these terms as the program scales. Nothing is billed before terms are signed.

What we verify before listing you

  • Custom cutting or film conversion capability (equipment and materials)
  • US service coverage and installation capability where claimed
  • Device classes you can actually cut for
  • Willingness to respond to routed specifications within agreed SLAs

What we never do

  • Publish inflated lead volumes or fake buyer counts
  • Sell or share your data outside a routed introduction
  • Bill anything beyond the published terms
  • Make performance claims about your films; your capabilities speak for themselves

Requirements to apply

  • US-based company
  • Custom cutting, film conversion, or installation capability for commercial device fleets
  • Able to respond to routed specifications within stated SLAs

Frequently asked questions

Is the founding supplier plan exclusive?

No. We do not grant exclusivity by region, device class, or otherwise. Multiple suppliers can be matched to the same device class; buyers benefit from coverage and you are never locked in.

What geographic scope does the program cover?

United States only for the founding 90-day window. We verify US service capability before listing a supplier; international expansion would be announced separately.

How much lead volume should I expect?

We are an early-stage platform. Lead volume is curated, not high-volume: every request is validated for completeness (device, quantity, environment, priority) before routing. We do not publish volume projections and we never share your data with anyone outside a routed introduction.

When am I billed?

Only on accepted RFQs after signed terms. The monthly plan includes your first accepted RFQ; additional accepted RFQs are billed per acceptance, plus a success fee when a routed deal closes. Applications and routing before signature cost nothing.
